Guide clients through the Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) application and appeals processes.
Prepare, review, and ensure the accurate and timely filing of disability applications, appeals, and required representation forms.
Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date client case files using case management software.
Monitor claim progress, track important deadlines, and follow up with the Social Security Administration (SSA) as needed.
Communicate regularly with clients, SSA personnel, and other relevant parties regarding claim status and documentation requirements.
Assist in gathering medical records, employment information, and other documentation necessary to support disability claims.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure clients receive timely, professional, and compassionate service.
Remote work is possible for qualified candidates after in-person training at our Cook, MN office

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
Experience with Prevail case management software preferred, but not required.
Familiarity with Social Security disability programs, regulations, and claims procedures preferred.
Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records.
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
Proficiency with computers and standard office applications.
